If your pet is experiencing a medical emergency, please go to the closest ER as soon as possible to give your pet the best opportunity for life saving treatment.

Medical Emergencies include:

  • Hit by car
  • Seizures
  • Labored or shallow breathing
  • Uncontrollable bleeding
  • Ingestion of toxins
  • Animal attack wounds
  • Heat stroke
  • Non responsive or laying on their side
  • Inability to urinate or defecate for more than 24 hours

If any of these symptoms or injuries have occurred, please transport your animal to the closest emergency facility. We are not an emergency clinic. If your pet is brought to our hospital with an emergency, we will triage your pet, but referral to a more suitable establishment for treatment may be necessary for your pet’s health.

At Stone Ridge we offer limited urgent care, from upset stomachs to surgical procedures for non-emergent injuries and illness.
We provide readily available, expert level care to dogs, cats, and pocket pets.
We do not provide overnight care or critical care, as we are not a 24/7 facility. We can perform most procedures, and some minor surgeries to moderate wound repair.
